reviewing Aetna, if you have an option for a different provider, take it. On more than. 1 occasion coverage was verified only to be told afterward the claim was out of network. Then, they care so much about the customer, if you request to speak to a supervisor, they will be happy to send a message so you will get a call in 24-48 hours. It's obvious their focus is not on the member with no value on a members time or expense.

I've been trying to load the app and the website for 2 days now. So far neither will load which in effect makes Aetna useless. FYI, there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with my wifi. Everything, but Aetna loads just fine. I was even playing a game on Steam. As much as you pay, you'd think it would work. But then sometimes we tend to ask for too much.

I haven't been able to sign into the app for over a month. It always just says "technical issues" . Can't get into the member website either. I cant access my insurance cards or anything. I dont know whats happening but this is extremely frustrating. I've tried numerous different browsers. Un-installed and reinstalled. Can't get into anything. If I could give this zero stars I would because this is absolutely ridiculous
