performance_and_bugsAt this point in time. Seems that the last 3 weeks (or more maybe) that every time I get a notice about medicine from "Express Scripts" and click on it, I get an "system error" and can not view what the notice is trying to convey to me! It has become more than annoying right now! Please fix this "bug, issue, problem" or whatever it is! Thank You in Advance - Sincerely, Roy S. Hughey

performance_and_bugserror_handling_and_messagesserviceI've used this app for several years with minor issues here and there but I could rely on it to take care of my prescription notifications, ordering, tracking, etc. It's been several months that no matter what I try I can't see my prescriptions to reorder in the app. I get the "Sorry we couldn't load your prescriptions now. Try again later" error. Not sure what's going on but the app is now useless to me. Please fix it asap.

performance_and_bugspaymentoffline_functionalityupdates_and_maintenance6/13/2020 update: Now app just won't load my orders or prescriptions. Every time I try to use it I get more disappointed. Terrible app, even worse than the web site. Every time I've tried to use it in the last four months I always get the error "Because of an error in our system, we can't complete your checkout right now. You can try to check out later or call us at the toll-free number on your member ID card. Reference number: 8068" The "checkout later" part has never worked.
