This app is super buggy. It randomly stops playing and when you manually hit play again, it will restart the chapter. Or, it will just randomly close. It also doesn't track the progress great. Sometimes, it will show certain chapters as incomplete, even though I check and verify I had indeed finished them. Not quite the experience I expected for the amount of money I spent on this subscription.

Great with some room for improvement. I have an account that allows for me and my family members to have profiles that we can each make our personal lists of interests. We usually watch videos on our own and sometimes discuss them with each other. We have watched some courses that provide a lot of useful information. Meanwhile some Masterclass courses stay pretty superficial and vague with the information. Overall I am highly satisfied especially with a deal on the subscription.

I thought that the payment would be taken for a month, but it was taken for a whole year, this surprised me and I am trying to cancel my subscription but it is all difficult there, almost impossible the app pass me to their website and that site takesme backtothe app, thatnot funny. You need to write to them by e-mail, wait a long time to get your money back.
