This app takes sooooo long to load! Like, obscenely long! I often just give up! It also FORCES updates and denies access to your account without them, which I hate. When the app isn't updated, I'm locked out until I install the update. But when the entire reason you're needing the app is because of issues with WiFi connectivity, there's no WiFi to facilitate the update! The entire app is just more trouble than it's worth!

The app is easy to navigate and overall good. You can upgrade your service on the app but you can't downgrade it. To do that you have to call them, wait on hold forever, listening to the suggestive selling hold "music" on repeat, finally get a person now you must prove who you are at least 3 times, then you're transferred to someone else who totally disregards what you have to say in order to upsell you to a different package that you don't want to begin with. TELL ME I'M WRONG!!

For the Samsung and Roku experience using the spectrum TV app. I hate using using the Samsung remote for the spectrum TV and they don't make it universal remote friendly because the use of the back button. Wish they were on Google TV TVs and LG TVs because they have better remotes than Samsung. Roku is fine but still wish the app could be use without needing the back button to work like Netflix and HBO Max. Also, the app don't highlight what shows are new. I have to Google them.
