90% of the time works great is even good at labeling speakers. the other 10% you'll have to double read and check the names are labeled correctly but the transcripts and understanding is great. the subscription is a bit pricey if you want to use frequently. but I'd say purchase the year plan and see by next year if your using the service enough to justify the heavy price.

The new version of the app is a massive regression. FILE IMPORT IS COMPLETELY NONFUNCTIONAL. No longer possible to see which recordings have transcripts or summaries when viewing the list of recordings. Transcript doesn't show the title of the recording, making it hard to tell which is which. No longer possible to select multiple recordings to move or delete. No longer possible to rename recordings. They revised the app with a new visual design and broke lots of essential functionality.

I suggest anyone to explore all the templates before generating the AI summaries. They're so good!!! The accuracy is amazing and even if a meeting or lecture is all over the place, it organizes it in a way that makes sense. I ordered a bracelet for the Plaud notepin and used it for a training class where the instructor was walking throughout the room. It still picked up the speaker very well. You'll want to go unlimited.
