Useless version of webpage. Used to be handy for getting messages from your doctors and test results, etc, but now the app won't open any of those. Just gives an error message every time. You have to go to the website to get anything. No point bothering until and unless they fix it. ETA: Yeah, uninstall/reinstall and it's still giving me the same errors that it has been for weeks. I can only access my medical information from a laptop.

recently this app gives me system errors when I try to check messages, appointments, notifications, and records. almost all of the functionality. It has been happening consistently for weeks. please fix this, it is making managing my care extremely difficult. happy to share screen shots and more information. there is no issue reporting feature available in the app, and I imagine it wouldn't work even if there was.

I'm having difficulty using the app. I've used it for years and now all of the sudden I cannot msg. my doctors get refills etc and I must call the office and have to leave a msg and wait for their call back. time consuming. I've Uninstalled the app twice and still I cannot use the app. the phone number to call for assistance should be on the website.
