For clarity, no, this app doesn't allow you to play PC games on mobile, because that's not how software works. It's basically the app version of the steam website, with some additional features. The QR code login feature is VERY convenient, as I frequently need to sign into my Steam account on other devices, and this app lets do it with the push of a button.

customer_supportloginI like the interface a lot, I think it's easy to use. The main reason I'm giving them 5 stars is for support. I lost access to my authenticator and account due to not using it for years. When I wanted back in and realized I was locked out, the support team worked hard to help me regain access, because of my own stupidity. I got to keep the one game I had actually bought at that point and my username, which I'm pretty attached to. Say what you will, but the steam support team are awesome.

performance_and_bugsnotificationsIf they could figure out the bugs this app would be alright. At least 50% of the time I get an error rather than the link I clicked on. I just had a notification for something on my wish list on sale. I clicked on it and got "there was a problem loading this web content." After that nothing worked. Other times I get, "there was a problem signing you in."
