I raised concerns about the 5k block limit for paid users and the safety issue of repeatedly blocking the same profiles. Jack’d asked for my email (which I declined), and afterward, they hid my block count. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. I won’t be renewing my subscription and will stick to the free version.

The app was working fine for a while, but it suddenly stopped letting me send messages on a day I was meant to meet someone. I can still receive them, I just cannot send them. I've tried resetting my router, restarting my phone, force stopping the app, signing out of the app, looking online for any solutions, and I sent a ticket to Jack's Support with no response.

feature_requestsmonetizationPlease remove the limited number of blocks we can do. There might be someone we don't wanna talk to and don't wanna go out our way and pay for something like that. And some guys are stubborn and won't leave you alone so we need to be able to block as much as we want. Also, for some reason, I don't see the cancel subscription option on your app or in Google Pay, so it kept forcing me to pay until I eventually have $0 left.
