customer_supportservicePlaying on PC make the game a 3 star. Playing it on the phone means you have nothing better to do with your time. Unless you know exactly what to build, you have no time to look at descriptions of perks,items,and champions' abilities. Just play the PC version, or enjoy being at a disadvantage. No, i do not want to submit a ticket. Your team is more than capable of reaching out to the support team on your own. Be better. Let it be known that your review isn't taken seriously by riot.

The gameplay is good but there are some adjustments that need to be done. There is a time when I minimize the app on my phone then come back I can't reorganize my team comp. Also there are a lot of bugs or glitches happening when minimizing the game and coming back like cannot buy champs, the augment tab cannot be close, the tactician doesn't move and more.

offline_functionalitySeveral lobbies in a row have disconnected and it gets stuck reconnecting, though it never does. The issue has been ongoing for months, tickets and requests for help don't get answered. No connection issues with any other app or website, just this one. Reddit says it's been an ongoing issue for some players for almost a year and it's been swept under the rug.
