performance_and_bugscustomer_supportsound_and_musicI have been very disappointed with this app. It is great when it works- but the sound constantly goes out. I have been back & forth with the tech team doing all the resets & deleting- reinstalling...ect. nothing has worked. I homeschool & this was supposed to be something my child could do independently while I work with my other kids, but we have pretty much stopped using it because it's so buggy and causes constant interruption.

sound_and_musicsocial_and_communityVolume control is bad. My experience is mostly with the Reading Eggs lessons. The audio at the end of each lesson that says "Well done!" or "Congratulations" is really loud, but the audio for the actual lesson is very low. And for some lessons, we can't listen to the question again! It's really frustrating for small kids. Otherwise, the lessons themselves are well planned and designed. If audio issues were fixed, it would be so much better.

sound_and_musicperformance_and_bugssocial_and_communityMy two year old enjoyed playing the games on the app. For the games where he had to pick the correct letter or number he would purposely choose the wrong one because he thought the sound it made was funny, so that was a little frustrating. The app would also regularly glitch. It would freeze in the middle of the game, play the sound for the next activity, but only show the background, and was generally glitchy. The app was installed on a "compatible device" so it was rather annoying.
