    Beware. This app is not easy to navigate as far as your profile settings. I spent the better part of a day digging for 'cancel subscription' and it did not give me an option to not put in my details. The wording of the subscription is also misleading. I thought it would charge mo and not the yearly total upfront. The customer service email was also not easy to find. The email I recieved said I was pretty much SOL so I will be contacting my bank. U can find their content for free elsewhere.

    This app is exactly what I needed. It sets the exercises according to your ability. I needed a beginner exercise program that was set up for success. The exercises are easy enough to complete, brief enough to get into a habit, and varied to work the different areas. I especially like that I feel good the day I do them (so not too hard), but feel it the next day (some slightly achy muscles so I know it worked them). This app is perfect for what I need.

    This is such a great app! I'm using the free version. (The trial is optional) It's very user-friendly and helps you with your specific target areas. The guided lessons ensure you are doing the exercises properly. I love that the excersizes are short yet effective. You also get a breather in between each exercise. I also love that it cheers at the end of the workout. lol It also keeps track of my progress. The app also indicates the length of the excersize session and calories burned.
