I've had Choices on and off my phone for years. The stories are entertaining and there's a huge variety of settings/plots for the stories, which I love. Unfortunately, they recently changed the amount of free crystals players can get from watching ads every day down to only 10 instead of the previous 100. I dont really feel inclined to keep the app now that theres no way to get a reasonable amount of crystals for expensive additional selections in stories without paying.

Choices is decent & would be in my top 5 VN, but it's not right now. Like others noted, the premium choices to rewards ratio is way off. Removing the 100 ads a day but not offering premium selections at a discount is wrong. And they're all expensive for no reason. Also, don't like the hexagon around all the character sprites cutting them off at the torso. This seems childish even though it's packed with explicit content. Having only 1 premium outfit to pick in each chapter is also boring.

It is a very good visual novel game, has many stories to suit most tastes. While it is very much free to play, there is a lot of content that is locked behind in game currency(gems) pay walls. The gems are slow, but not hard to get (ie finishing chapters, or ads). and you only get to play so many chapters before having to wait for your "keys" to replenish. or you can get the subscription and get extra gems and unlimited keys, which feels like the only way to get the most out of the game.
