user friendly but unfortunately I have bad experience while placing the order. during pre order z flip 7 period, I see a very good deal for trade in program. but when i placed the order, the price was different. I file complaint and ask or price match, but i got denied because the customer service said my order not placed from shop app. it was very confusing. I only place my order from shop app. it was frustrating. it's not the first time I'm having the same issue.

It has the Google Pay icon, but wouldn't let me use it, and it wouldn't let me autofill credit card info, so I tried using the website to checkout, which still had my shopping cart items, but wouldn't honor the pre-order promotion. In summary, both this app and the companion website offer a poor user experience. I'm giving it 3 stars, because it eventually got the job done, but I feel like Samsung can do better.

Fully Functional, User Friendly I've been using Samsung's Shop app for quite a while now. Their various offers deals and availability of product is as good as, if not better than most retailers. Though I suppose it helps to be a distributor of their own products. After several purchases, including phones, tablets, watches, and televisions, I can confirm that I have experienced no problems or hiccups of any kind. Just smooth and seamless transactions.
