servicecustomer_supportpricingI hate that I have this company and their trash service. They wanted to charge me for a service call on equipment they installed that were faulty. I barely ever get the speeds I'm paying for. Now let's talk about the absolute best, not at all unstable, never constantly cutting out service they provide. Wait, no, that'll be my new provider. I do not recommend this service at all. They charge prices like they're actually good.

There is no option to skip . As a result, the app will leave users logged in as there's no option to log out. Further, all your personal and account data become exposed because there's no option to logout not even through google . DONT USE!!!

performance_and_bugscustomer_supportservicemonetizationMuch like their service, this app is garbage. Everything was fine until they did upgrades in my area. Now nothing works. The app is supposed to be helpful but isn't. Whenever you try to do anything on the app it just keeps sending you in circles or trys to sell you more unreliable junk. The "Chat" is a waste of time. They just tell you the obvious in the most polite woke way possible. You can't even report an outage in your area. No wonder Spectrum is losing customers.
