performance_and_bugsserviceThe app used to work really really well for a long time, I would say for about a 2 years come and tell about the last 6 months when it continuously has issues by crashing, not registering the device that's been registered for 3 years, not playing when expected. It's been a bit of a pain to use and since there's no other way to manage the beam without the app, they pretty much have you in a chokehold.

performance_and_bugserror_handling_and_messageshow is this app still horrible? the app forgot my living room so I went to add it back and the app insists I don't have location services on and it won't go into setup until I turn it on, but it's on. At least the Soundbar has a physical connection to the tv but it is absolutely astounding that after a year, they're still committed to destroying brand trust.

performance_and_bugsupdates_and_maintenanceWent from bad to working back to bad. I've been a sonos user for at least 10 years. I was part of the update that was an epic fail. Then,several months back (end of 2024,I think), the app started working for me with that update. Then, around the end of March 2025-another update, and it's back to not working again! When I open the app, repeatedly I get the message "No system found".Sometimes it works. Most it doesn't. This is betond frustrating.
