performance_and_bugsserviceWhen I post in Chat, my posts don't always show up. On the really important posts, I've had to text from my phone. It's random: it can be days, then I'll post and it's like it will trigger all the rest to show up in the thread. I'm a software developer so it's tough to see "flaky." I've noticed that if you type a 1 liner text, it doesn’t appear every time as described above. I decided to touch the double arrows which expands the text area to began typing at the top>>bingo posts every time now!

servicecustomer_supportThis app is so easy to clock in and out. That being said, I did mess up and forgot to clock out the proper way because I had my location off on my first day. It was purely my fault. It was a quick fix because the app has an option to connect with a supervisor or manager very quickly to get your hours fixed in a timely manner. 5 Star so far. There are no issues at this time.

performance_and_bugsgame_progressionmonetizationIt's been mid tier at best. It's simple and easy to use, which is what got it 2 stars. Where it loses out is, in 2 years of using the app, I've been randomly logged out half a dozen times, maybe more, and I've missed important work messages about hours and pay because of it. So, the app has actually made me lose money. I know it's not a phone problem because I've had it with 2 different phones with different brands and it's been the same reoccurring issue. Some coworkers with phones, same issue.
