performance_and_bugscross_platform_consistencyloginoffline_functionalityMost of the time I don't have problems, that is when I have a strong Wi-Fi connection. When the Wi-Fi sucks, the delay is horrible. Not really the apps fault but still annoying. Also, I log in a few times for the same meeting, and it doesn't save the last phone# as a link. Everytime, I have to enter the number manually. My android phone Zoom app saves it automatically which makes logging in a lot more easier/faster. If they fix this, I will upgrade my stars to 5.

offline_functionalityperformance_and_bugsI recently had to access Zoom on my Chromebook. However, every few seconds, it disconnects and reconnects. I downloaded the app to use it outside of the browser along with this PWA. However, issue still persists. Turns out this has been happening for some time and it appears devs have yet to fix it, instead prompting users to look into connectivity issues. However, it's never connectivity. The app simply refuses to work properly.

I don't know how you can make an app that works worse than the web version. At the very least, make the app a shell/bookmark for the web version. Sheesh. App has no sound on multiple chromebooks. Every other app has sound; this one doesn't. So you can't use it at all. Zoom corporate blames 'chromebook sound drivers.' But the web version figured it out. Every other app in the world figured it out. This is the only app that can't play sound.
