Let’s face it, there are a lot of developers who like the idea of an issue tracker, but find it too much effort to use & maintain for solo, indie or hobby projects.
Enter Scarlet. Scarlet is a personal issue tracker that saves to a file that you can include in your project directory, or anywhere you prefer. No accounts, no cloud services, no syncing, no third-party integration. Just a simple place to file away your project’s to-dos and close them when they’re complete.
Add tags to an issue to help organize things, and that’s it — it really couldn’t be simpler.
Try all the features of the app for free with a limit to the number of issues supported, or unlock the full, unlimited version across iPhone, iPad and Mac with a simple, single in-app purchase to support future development.

Version 1.1.1
cross_platform_consistencyupdates_and_maintenanceoffline_functionalityVery nice design, but unfortunately no sync conflicts handling anywhere, I have lost on multiple occasions entries from mobile or desktop to the same issue file. I would love to use this for its nice ux, but this makes it unbearable currently. Yes we all know iCloud is slow, but e.g. OmniOutliner handles this way better.
