The app only allows for one single gift card to be used during check out. It would be awesome if they updated the app to allow multiple gift cards, so I can buy more donuts! For example, I have several $15 gift cards, which by themselves do not go far at Krispy Kreme (doesn't even buy you one dozen glazed), but combined, I can get lots of donuts!

This app needs serious work. I just placed an order for doughnuts and ordering was very difficult. I wanted a custom dozen and some were not available to add to the box but we're available to add loose. I tried to use a KK gift card and the app said this location doesn't accept gift cards as payment. When I got to the shop everything I wanted was available and I'm able to pay with a KK gift card. Dunkin and Starbucks have great apps. I would spend more $ if the apps worked like the competition

I tried sending an email and it wouldn't go through. I have been trying to log in for two weeks. It keeps saying error and not letting me log in. I would like to get back on the app. When is this going to be fixed? The app has been very frustrating. Update: 7/26/25 I got in and now I can't log in again! This app sucks. I just want to be able to order my donuts.
