This is one of the vegan apps I have, but it’s the only one I’m using. I can select nut free recipes, plan out my weekly meals, and add all ingredients to the shopping list, while changing the serving size or swapping out nut recipes for other available options. Pontus answers emails promptly when you have a question, and thanks to Alexandra, my anxiety about food and meal prep is resolved. Today, I was able to eat 100% vegan with recipes from her app while planning and prepping ahead for the rest of the week. I no longer worry about my allergies with this app; this app makes the plantbased eating lifestyle approachable. I am truly grateful! Bisous from Paris Alexandra, Pontus, and Alina.

feature_requestsSince I bought the e-book, I’m a big fan of Fivesechealth recipes. They are simple, balanced, healthy and delicious. The app was the next step and I’m really happy about it! There’s new recipes, meal plans and it’s really easy to use. You can have the quantities calculated depending of the amount of servings you need and also check the ingredients already used. The price per year is more than correct. I’m really happy with this app and for the first time I stick on my meal plans.
