the "Rewards" app is fake misleading. we've gone to Chili's at LEAST 2x a month for 2 years, used the app at EVERY visit but have not RECEIVED ANY REWARDS or build up from any visits. it's basically a "free chips" coupon app.... especially now that most visits I get receipts for the purchases, they just bank online so there's no receipt # this You NEVER get points credited to your account.

If you want Big Mouth Burgers without cheese, don't bother with the app. You can't remove it, and when I contacted the Guest Engagement Team, they said to go into the location and order it, which makes the app usless. They dont seem to want to add the option to remove it. You can remove everything else except the cheese. On other burgers, you can remove it.

I installed the app and was super excited to use it. I placed a delivery order, got an error message that the order *may* have been placed, check with the restaurant. It was not placed. Opened the app back up, the reward I had applied to my order had vanished. I started over and tried again, same thing. I logged onto the website and had zero problems (the reward was still gone) So the app didn't work, AND took away my rewards. Wish I could give it -1 stars.
