Got the tiny tele for our son for Christmas. He was so excited to get started. The app is an amazing idea, has tons of potential, and might actually help this kid hold interest in something for once. But every time we've tried, the tuner doesn't pick up the sounds. We used a different tuner. The first time we did the balloon game he was doing great with it, had a 19 balloon pop streak. Took a break, and when he went back to it later, nothing would work, it picked up zero sounds. We're frustrated

VERY disappointed. App picked up sound barely on my daughter’s Samsung tablet back in December. Tried it again in January and now it doesn’t register any sound at all. My daughter can’t play any of the games or tune it or do anything through the app on her tablet now. She has to use my phone instead. Loog acknowledged that a December update to the app may have impacted compatibility but was never given a definitive answer and was told to keep having her use my phone. Unacceptable.

The app does not always count right what is played even when it is correct. I watch my daughter play correctly and the games in the app are not scored right because it's not hearing her play correctly.
