It is easy to use and very convenient. You can book, cancel, and see all your upcoming and current reservations. You can check for status updates on your train and it has up to the minute departure and delay times. Plus you can earn rewards points. Takes a long time to rack them up but it's whatever. Just happy for the other features.

App is great when it works. It won't let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Tried it on another phone, same issue. Either pressing the login button does absolutely nothing or I get an error that says they are have problems logging me in. I'm trying to book a trip and give you money and the app just won't work. Frustrating and hard to understand. Glad I'm not on a trip and needing to use the app! Just tried it on an iPad and it works just fine. Nice.

I used to like this app and found easy to use to both book and rebook travel. Now I can't get the app to recognize my purchased fares. I can't even find a Find Fare/MyTrip to add it to the app. Meanwhile, my reservations appear just fine on the website. Biggest convenience of using the app is to display my eticket and get notifications for trip delays, cancellations, etc. So if the app thinks I have no reservations, it serves me no purpose!
