performance_and_bugsserviceI hate this app, and the website. I hate the companies the government has allowed to take over and rip people off. I use it ONLY because I have no choice if I want to use government park lands. The app is glitchy. Finding what I want can be difficult, information is often incomplete or incorrect. We recently stayed at a campground that required DAILY reservations. If you got a site one night, good luck keeping it for the next, and yet multiple sites would be marked as "unavailable" days ahead.

performance_and_bugsserviceWhen I put in my dates, I got dozens of "available" results that all had ZERO available compsites. Going through every single one was such a waste of time. What is the point of being able to enter your preferred dates if that isn't reflected in your results? I have used this app many times in the past and don't remember having this problem, so maybe a temporary bug or bad update?

offline_functionalitymonetizationupdates_and_maintenanceDiscouraging. For no- reservation sites, offers only the ability to book one day at a time. Charges an unreasonable 20% transaction fee. Which may be moot, as the app accepts offline payment but seems unable to upload the transactions when online again. Update a few days later ... charges have still not appeared on my card. No response to this review from the Forest Service. likewise no response to direct feedback via the app.
