loginaccessibilitythe reason I gave it four stars it could have been 5 but it needs your email address and code and in 3rd grade I like the game it's just I need my parents to help me with the whole thing so that's why I gave it for stars but I still recommend it

paymentpricingcustomer_supportI downloaded this app and paid for the yearly subscription which came up to $118. Not sure how it's that much when I chose the family package $79.99. After a few hours I canceled my subscription because $118 was not stated in the subscription and my child has access at school. I'm now fully charged for the year and it says my cancelation is for June 2026? What rip off is this? I tried to report the problem via Google but not able to do that either. I hope I get my refund and parents be aware.

I went to cancel through the website, but it just kept redirecting me to iTunes (app was originally purchased on my daughter's iPhone, which later on stopped working). Emailed customer service, three days later they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I finally had to borrow a computer and download iTunes just to cancel the subscription. Terrible customer service.
