Look lime scooters are great. Easily available, easily rideable, and fun. However, when you try to end the ride, the timer keeps going and dragging you back to "end ride button". While it might not cost much, if you use it alot you tend to notice that this error isn't getting fixed, because it solely benefits Lime with the extra revenue while inevitable charging customers. Secondly, if you come across a faulty scooter, there is no refund. Even if you park it down the block and pickup another one

generally gets you where you need to go, but it definitely takes every opportunity to overcharge you. or at the very least, the app is malfunctioning, which then puts money in their pocket. every ride I've taken for the past month takes way too long to end the ride, if it'll let me at all. and since the time is still running the whole time I'm being charged for nothing

The subscription model is misleading and predatory and they refuse to give refunds at all. Probably my fault for not fully reading into it, sure, but the whole paying for 'unlocks' plus minutes and needing a subscription just to get the unlocks for free and another subscription for discounted minutes, it's way too convoluted and combined with the no-refunds policy it feels like it's intended to confuse you into paying.
