One of THEE most glitchiest apps I've been using for years. No matter what the device has been, updated, cache cleared, even clearing data, or uninstalling & reinstalling. It's always a pain. This phone is only 8 days old & there's already trouble. I have no idea how truckers use it. It takes forever to log in. There's always hoops to jump through. It's annoying.

Why in 2025 will this app keep "timing out" after 5 seconds or so? Makes you reset password. Do it correctly and it still does it! Nice app when it works correctly. Super slow to load in the store to try and use points for purchase sometimes. Sometimes Mobil fueling doesn't recognize I'm there. SUPER frustrating that it COULD BE a great app but it's getting harder and harder to rely on it. If this app efficiency was an Airplane, they would be falling from the sky almost daily.

Now prime receipts aren't showing up in RECEIPTS. WHO'S RUNNING THIS APP? ALSO - I subscribe monthly for WIFI and many locations are always down. There's no way to report it on the app for credit as this costs us money. Place an option to report outages and to credit our accounts for the day. It's so annoying going to your locations and having to deal with this issue. Especially if we're paying customers. Make or so we can report this in the app.
