There's good and bad but compared to other resell sites, GOAT would be smarter to go with. The main thing I like about them is that I trust the authenticity of the sneakers when I buy. I've purchased a few and always do multiple authenticity checks from different platforms and they always pass. Customer Service can be hit or miss but for most part, I feel like they'll step up when needed to. I would give them 4 stars but the app crashes or malfunctions too much.

I don't know who decided to ruin the searchability on the app, but the filters are totally broken. If you search for "SB Dunk", filter by size, then try to sort Price Low-High, it adds in THOUSANDS of shoes that have nothing to do with dunks. It's been like this for months and used to work perfectly. I used to check the GOAT app almost every day. Now it's just a waste of time.

Worst company and website/app I have encountered in a long time. Ordered shoes as a gift 1.5 weeks before Christmas, and 2 days before, they emailed saying, sorry those aren't available. No accountability or discount for the inconvenience, or easy way to get a refund. Just a suggestion to use their expensive quick ship option on another item. I also couldn't login to their app for 2 days, but finally it worked and I requested a refund. Customer service was not helpful.
