It's easier to use a laptop. The app is good for checking on your inventory and setting vacation mode. Still figuring out how to get my listings to not say currently unavailable. Even though the listings say active on the app with no issues found. Amazon is hard to sell on. It's frustrating. Never had any issues with eBay. Just an honest review. Hopefully, Amazon will take notes from eBay and make its app more user-friendly.

The situation is just as frustrating, if not worse. Even when a customer returns completely different products, like sending back slippers instead of clothing, Amazon takes no action. In fact, they still ask us to ship the next order to the same fraudulent customer, without any protection for the seller. I’ve come across so many such cases, and I can confidently say that nearly 50% of the returns are fraud. Yet, sellers are left helpless with no control over the process.

The Updates Saved the Day, however... The time & effort put into making this app more functional was a blessing. But there's still ONE issue, & it's HUGE to me. The ordering notifications. They are still nonexistent. I've set up the push notifications for the app. It doesn't ring until I open the app. It adds more to my day to constantly check my shop. And it could cost me orders & that isn't good for business. Please make the notifications work without opening the app.
