Support needs improvement. Trying to chat with live agent, you can't see the initial question you're typing, can't paste into the text box, and apparently can't use more than like 100 characters? Also, the chat session should persist if I don't choose the exit the chat - if I close and reopen the app a few seconds later, I expect to still be part of the same chat session.

Requesting access to my Uboxes does not actually go through to the store. I've shown up a couple of times and they've stated that neither of my requests showed up on their end. To this point: it would be great if I saw a message stating whether or not my reservation went through and if I could see the reservation for requested access from within the app. I'd even take an automated text confirming my reservation.

1st time using the app there was a link to the pickup location which was different than where I scheduled, which was fine it's actually on my way but the link simply took me to Google Maps with my current location not the destination. They really need to clean up the final pickup location URL in their app. Seems like a pretty simple fix. I'm picking up the vehicle and trailer tomorrow will update review after that.
