I keep getting errors that no videos will play even though I’m signed into a paid subscription. Has been happening on multiple devices. Exchanged multiple emails with Marquee support only for them to have no idea how to fix it other than: ” Since we already tried to troubleshoot your concern and it still not working, kindly contact App store to check the status of your subscription.” Reinstalling the app doesn’t work, signing back in doesn’t work. My subscription is not expired. All apple support suggested was to get a refund. So no one knows how to fix the problem. So I guess my account is just toast forever. Extremely frustrating.

You can tell they put no work into it. The format is terrible. The controls are as if a 3 year old designed them. During games, you will be significantly behind real time and then if you click live and it jumps forward, you can’t rewind properly. Needs a lot of work, although they should start over from the beginning, because there’s nothing done right with this version. Cont. - just gunna keep adding to this. It is an un-usable app. Really truly makes you wonder who designed it? How does this person have a job in this field? Below 1 star. Update: It is still the worst streaming app I’ve ever used. They’ve done nothing to fix anything.

Every 2-3 days, I have to sign out for an error from failure to load and the retry button always ends in the same result. After signing back in, it works again. This error has persisted since last year without any solutions. Lately I’m being blocked from watching at all due to regional “couch rights”. I only watch in 3 places. On my family room Apple TV, basement Apple TV, and iPhone. The iPhone I use while traveling for work to watch the games (not that I can anymore). Now I’m paying for a service that won’t work in all three devices and when they do, it’s intermittent. Leaving me with the only solution available, cancel my subscription so I don’t get charged for a service that I can’t use. Go Cubs, go…..as in go to another app developer game r hire a new team for the entire Marquee platform. Anything has to be better.
