Ambetter peach care health is probably the best health insurance I’ve ever had in my entire lifetime. Most employers healthcare providers have an insanely high deductible, of which would never be met, unless you are unfortunate enough to have a hospital stay. I have not had anyone who is not in Ambetter’s member group. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with Ambetter staff. I have no complaints, and nothing but praise, which is very rare these days for an insurance company. Ambetter has been there for me through the tough times and the better times, and I thank them for that. Keep up the great work Ambetter team!

This app is not helpful. The only thing I can look up our medical providers and the results that I give me are not related to the search most of the time. When I try looking for dentist, I get gynecologist and mental health therapist, physical therapist and other types of random searches. When I try to search for a mental health therapist, I virtually get no searches that are related to what I’m looking for. It’s basically pointless to use a search door. Also, there is no cost estimator for certain procedures and that’s saying that would be helpful. The thing that I dislike is the login process. What is the 40 of the bio identifier/Face ID if it’s always gonna open up a second window for me to physically login. I also dislike that I can’t take screenshots in the app. This is my information I want to be able to have copies of it if I please. I think the security measures are overkill in all honesty

This company is absolutely the worst! The customer service is terrible, and the app is just as bad. It couldn't even save my login info, making it impossible to get in. They really need to shut this insurance down because they’re just awful. I ended up paying for everything out of my own pocket since they didn’t cover anything. The customer service reps are super slow, and I had to repeat myself multiple times without getting much help. Honestly, this is the worst insurance experience I've ever had, and I only had it for two months before deciding to cancel. It’s pointless since they don’t help or cover anything, and every time I reach out to customer service, they seem confused and clueless. I've spent ages on hold, and all I can say is this company needs to be shut down for good! If you’re thinking about getting this insurance or already have it, just cancel it right away!
