All I want is an app to quickly order then go pick up. After placing your order a banner briefly pops up to pay, but before you have time to think it over, it disappears, leaving you no apparent way to pay for the order. Going to "Pay" on the app only says you have no gift card, and still leaves no option to pay. (?) Update: Apparently, restarting the app resolves the issue. Whatever. It appears that each time you place an order you will then have to restart the app to pay.

Very hard to navigate and/or find anything, especially drinks. Add a search feature to every screen on the MTO section please. It would make life easier. Edit: The food was very good. I was pleasantly surprised. Their milkshakes are terrific! Along with a search menu, it would be great to see a field for special requests for each item. Updated my score to from 2 to 3 stars for food quality. The app just needs a little work.

Great to order food and avoid people. The ability to have more than 2 stores as a favorite would be nice as I requenty use about 5 different locations . Doesnt really reflect the store sale offers on some brands. Gives offers that are then never used ($2 off chicken sandwich coupon that has no way to use nor ever comes off the price ). Subscriptions were offered once and never again.
