Awful! We tried to park in a designated parking area for 15 minutes. The "help" service is just an AI bot that looks at their FAQs. If you insist on talking to a person, it let you know that no one's available, aka they don't have human employees on weekends or after hours, and they'll email you a response to your question. An email is not a valid response to a service that is charging you nearly $1 a minute. We ran into another couple, also just trying to park.

Awful experience when it comes to parking. The app doesn’t allow you to park outside the designated area, but it also fails to show the correct “parking area.” I tried several times to park next to other groups of scooters (4–5 of them), but it kept giving me an error and wouldn’t let me park. Very disappointing compared to other scooter apps I’ve used. Definitely not a user-friendly app.

The app wouldn't save my reserved bike. I tried multiple times. Luckily, the bike wasn't far from my home, so it was there for me to unlock and use, and I had no problem getting my ride started (except that I had to take the quiz again before riding, but maybe the city requires that). Also, I'd like for app to have feature to filter to see only bikes or only scooters rather than having to zoom in to see what's available at a particular location. I have a preference to use the bikes.
